I. Materials
   A. 2 LEDs of any color
   B. Wire
   C. Power Source (2AA Batteries)
   D. Exacto / Knife
   E. Electrical Tape

II. Instructions
   A. Disassemble Vul-Kar into three pieces
   B. With your knife, make holes in Vul-Kar's eye sockets just
      small enough to fit in the two LEDs
   C. Feed in the LEDs from the front, attach your wires to the
      LED, then bend the LED prongs so that the eyes are firmly in place
   D. Feed the wires behind the two pegs inside of Vul-Kars face
   E. Using your knife, cut two holes in the Vul-Kar base piece on both
      sides, just small enough that you can feed the wires through. 
      Pull the wires through and assemble Vul-Kar
   F. Use electrical tape and tape the wires together underneath Vul-Kar
      so that they are feeding down directly from the center of the base
   G. Cut a hole in the center of your game board just small enough to 
      feed the bundled wires through.
   H. Attach your power source to the underside of the game board
   I. Attach your wires to the power source
   J. Vul-Kar lives!
